• Newsletter: email address and consent confirmation, used to send news about artworks, exhibitions and workshops.
• Operation and security: the hosting server may process technical connection data, such as IP address, date, time and requested resource, to operate the website and prevent abuse.

3. Legal basis

The newsletter is based on consent. Depending on the content of a contact request, processing is based on steps requested before entering into a contract or on the legitimate interest in responding to communications received. Technical security data is processed on the legitimate interest in protecting and maintaining the website.

4. Recipients and storage

Contact messages are delivered to the mailbox used to manage the website. Newsletter addresses are stored in a protected file on the hosting account. The hosting provider may process data only as needed to provide and protect the service. Personal data is not sold.
